Pre-wedding photography is all about gaining confidence and losing some of those ‘having your photo taken’ nerves that build up when you decide you’re going to have a professional wedding photographer.
Almost every couple who books me tells me either ‘we don’t like having our photos taken’ or ‘we aren’t photogenic’ or ‘we look terrible on photos’. Honestly – it’s true.

Your pre-wedding experience is just that – an experience of being photographed, by me, in my way, ahead of your wedding day. It’s our first chance, away from the pressures and nerves of a wedding day, to get to know each other as photographer and client. And while by this point you’ve put your faith in me based on photos I’ve taken of other people, once you’ve seen your pre-wedding photos you’ll have complete faith in me that I can take great photos of the two of you. Perfect. One less thing to worry about on the big day.
