How long do you stay for on my wedding day?
Every moment and detail of your special wedding day will be covered – from the nerves and fun of the morning preparations through to the joy and merriment of the evening reception and first dance. No limits on coverage hours or photos taken.
What areas do you cover?
Manchester, Cheshire, Stockport and all areas around and in between. We’re based in Gatley, in South Manchester not far from Cheshire and can also cover weddings across Stockport, the High Peak and Buxton. We will also cover weddings anywhere in the UK or abroad for additional travel expenses.
How many photographs do you take on the wedding day?
Well during the course of the day, Adam will take hundreds of pictures and we’d aim to give you the 300 or more best ones. But there’s no limit on the number of pictures taken or presented – we’ll take as many as possible and present you with as many that pass our quality standards.
Do you accept last minute bookings?
Of course we do, if we’re available. Just contact us.
How many meetings are we allowed before the wedding?
I never understand wedding photographers who limit the number of meetings. We’ll have as many meetings as necessary so we’re well planned for your wedding day, and so I know exactly what you want from your wedding photography.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes – £300 to reserve the date. The balance is due one month before your wedding.
Do we have to have loads of family and friends group shots?
Not at all – we don’t make you do anything. If you want one group shot, you’ll have one, if you want 30 then we’ll take 30. We recommend not having too many though as your guests can get restless and you want to spend time with them. We’d usually at least take one photo of you with all your guests. But if you don’t want any, we won’t take any.
How long after the wedding before the photos will be ready?
Usually we’ll try to have your photos ready within 3 weeks of your wedding day, sometimes sooner. If possible we’ll try to have your photos ready in your online album for you coming back from your honeymoon.
How do you choose which photos go in our album?
Our package includes a professional proof book containing all your wedding photos. We’ll give you this as soon as possible for you to look through and choose your favourite images for your wedding album (and any you don’t want in it!). We’ll then do our best to make sure all your favourites are in as well as using any others which we feel add to the story or creativity of your wedding album story.
How many pictures can go into our album?
As many as you want really – our package includes the first 30 sides (flushmount) or 50 prints (matted).
Where can we do our engagement shoot?
Anywhere within Manchester and Cheshire. Preferably somewhere fairly picturesque and quiet – a wood, a beach, a park. Anywhere you want.
What kind of cameras do you use?
Canon professional grade digital SLR cameras and lenses. Only the best for your wedding.
What if it rains?
We’ll have a plan for this! We’ll visit the venue together before your wedding to discuss locations for the main photos, including where we’ll do the group shots and couple shots if it’s bad weather.
