London is London! It's one of the world's most famous and iconic cities with a unique soul and I love being a London wedding photographer for this reason. Incorporating elements like the architecture, London underground, black cabs and red buses just add to the London vibe!

I've never had an issue with this. Many London wedding venues aren't on major roads anyway so it's easy enough to get out onto the streets around the venue and make some cool photos whether it's family group photos, wedding party photos or just photos of the two of you. London is a busy city and it's important to embrace the fact you're having a city wedding!

Well it definitely rains in London that's for sure! The great thing about London wedding venues and city wedding venues in general is they have amazing interior spaces and you'll usually spend the vast majority of your day indoors and I'm a specialist at taking photos anywhere and making them amazing!

I absolutely love Claridges weddings yes! I've been lucky enough to photograph weddings at Claridges a few times now and it's always a privilege to work at Claridges or any of the other iconic London wedding venues and hotels!

Some venues will have rules about where we are allowed to do your wedding photos, but usually luxury venues have epic lobbies, staircases, corridors and then I like to utilise any key features of that venue like the Claridges lift for instance. Iconic!

Yes absolutely I put a lot of effort into making sure we have a plan for your wedding photography so we're not winging it on the day. If there's a spot you want to go to for photos we can discuss it or I can scout around your wedding venue to see where we can go for photos of the two of you.

Incorporating London's skyline into your wedding photos depends on your venue! The skyline isn't visible from everywhere, but London architecture is unique and I'll always do my best to make sure it's obvious from your photos that you had your wedding in London.

My style is completely instinctive and most of my couples are happy for me to let my creativity flow on the day, and if I have an idea for a cool photo I'll always try to make it happen but my preference is for you to be in amongst your wedding for as much of the day as possible, not leaving the action constantly to have your photo taken!

Yes, usually around 10% of your photos will be in black and white but again this isn't a hard and fast rule and depends on many factors - if your wedding theme is colourful then I might not create as many black and white photos, whereas if your wedding theme is monochromatic you may get more. It depends. I'm not a cookie-cutter style photographer.

Yes absolutely we can head out and capture some busy urban photos at your London wedding if this is what you want to do! It's cool to do this naturally rather than for your portraits so for instance if you're walking between venues, or arriving at your venue or leaving your venue, I love to include the busy London street scenes as part of this!

I always come into London on the train, and I travel around with cabs, Uber and the tube. I've crafted my kit over the years so I can carry everything I need in my 3 bags and still have two hands free to take photos if I need to! This is the skill of a London wedding photographer!
