Anglesey Wedding Photography
That’s Terry, watching Elin walk onto the altar (and my first attempt at an animation, be gentle)…
Let me begin by saying I could’ve featured every image from this wedding on the blog. They’re all my favourites. This was one of my favourite days of last year (not just one of my favourite weddings, one of my favourite days!), I guess partly because I didn’t know what to expect. For various reasons (mainly geography) I hadn’t met Elin and Terry before their wedding in Anglesey – I hadn’t even spoken to them apart from a few emails. Elin had sent me loads of information by email and I’d been stalking her pinterest boards, but there’s always a sense of mild trepidation when I have no idea what people are going to be like.
Then I arrived in Anglesey, and (to cut a long story short) had the best day ever… I’ve featured way more ‘details’ than I normally would because there were so many details, all lovingly crafted by Elin and her family and friends in the barn on the family farm.
2012 was the year I fell in love with Anglesey. This was the second time I’d been over (remember Leyla and James’ Anglesey pre-wedding shoot?) and it cemented my love for this little Welsh island. I hope I get to go back again soon!
So… ready for sunshine, camper van, mickey mouse, smiles, more sunshine, a great first dance and the coolest wedding barn in the world? Ladies and gentlemen – Elin and Terry’s Anglesey wedding day…
Congratu-bloody-lations to Elin and Terry!
