Hilltop Country House Wedding Photographer
Tom and Laura’s beautiful and super-fun wedding at Hilltop Country House
Tom and Laura got married a couple of months ago, with a ceremony at St Alban’s Church in Macclesfield followed by reception at one of my favourite places – Hilltop Country House.
Tom is a leading Cheshire wedding filmmaker (he runs Silk Wedding Videos) so even though I wasn’t the ‘lead’ photographer for this wedding (that responsibility fell to my very good friend Neil Redfern), I still felt the pressure to perform!
I spent the morning with Tom at his parents house in Macclesfield, while Neil was with Laura…
This was my first glimpse of Laura… I know – stunning.
When Laura and Tom arrived at Hilltop Country House, I whipped out my film camera and shot a few ultra cool black and white portraits with their vintage Jag.
Then they made their grand entrance up through the stunning gardens of Hilltop Country House.
Hilarious entrances by the bridal party, played in by the one and only Howard Wing. I would strongly recommend Howard for your wedding – he sent the atmosphere in the marquee through the roof and kept it there. I’ve never seen anything like it before. You can see from this next set of photos how much fun it was. Amazing. Highly recommended.
A bit of portrait time after the meal and before the speeches, and another chance to create some film portraits – moody black and whites as requested by Tom and Laura!
