Pre Wedding Photography Lancashire // Grace and Phil’s engagement shoot in Barnoldswick

I do these pre-wedding shoots for so many reasons. Partly to get to know my couples, for them to feel comfortable with me as a person and as a photographer. To make them a set of photos that celebrate their relationship, their engagement and their life together to this point. Pre-wedding shoots are part of my service because I strongly believe that they help me do a better job on the wedding day because people trust me more. It’s one thing seeing lots of nice photos of strangers on my website, it’s a whole different ball game knowing that I can take a good picture of the two of you.

Why am I telling you this? Well I know Grace, I worked with Grace for a couple of years before my life got flip turned upside down into wedding photography. But I had never met Phil before this engagement shoot. And he wasn’t looking forward to it! I knew Grace, but I didn’t know Grace and Phil as a duo. Now I do, and now I know their wedding is going to be brilliant…
