What an unbelievable day this was for Archit and Shivani at the quite epic Bowes Museum. Bowes Museum is one of those buildings which is just so big and imposing your brain just can’t quite comprehend how big it is. So you end up stood in front of it getting that kind of New York neck ache you get from staring up for too long.

But this day wasn’t about the venue, as epic as Bowes Museum is. This day was about the amazing Archit and Shivani. Two of the world’s nicest people with two of the world’s nicest families and one of the world’s greatest groups of family and friends. I had already spent a good few days with them in the build up to their wedding, capturing some of their pre-wedding events and to say I was welcomed would be an understatement. I was made to feel like a friend, and any wedding photographer will tell you that’s a priceless feeling.

These two are contagiously happy. They grin and laugh and if one of them isn’t grinning or laughing then the other one makes them grin or laugh within seconds. They’re a joy to be around, and they’re made for each other. It was an absolute privilege to be part of their lives and to create these images for them of their Bowes Museum wedding.
