Norcliffe Chapel Wedding Photography and Styal Lodge Wedding Reception

Hayley and James’ wedding took place just over a month ago at two of my favourite places to work – they had their ceremony at the amazingly quaint Norcliffe Chapel set on the edge of Styal woods. Hayley and James’ wedding is the second time I’ve been lucky enough to cover a wedding there. After lots of hugs and kisses from their family and friends, and a few photos to make the most of the picturesque surroundings they headed over to what is becoming my home from home – Styal Lodge – for their wedding breakfast and evening reception. Of course we hopped over to the Styal Lodge lake for a few extra portraits before they tucked into their delicious meal by the brilliant Pink Pepper Catering who I really can’t recommend highly enough – I really love working with them and their food is super delicious!

Hayley and James had such a fun day and weren’t afraid to show it – I absolutely love their reactions during the ceremony, and when walking out of the chapel, they just enjoyed and savoured every minutes of their wedding. It was a joy to watch and capture. Look out for the best man’s priceless reaction to his girlfriend catching the bouquet too!

This was also the first time I’ve seen and heard Madison. They played at the evening reception and kept the dance floor full and bouncing. Their lights and smoke created such a cool atmosphere and also helped me capture some of my favourite dance floor shots of all time. They are another wedding supplier who I will now be highly recommending to my clients, and hope to work with again soon!
