Kathryn and Adam’s Wedding at Pendrell Hall

As venues go, Pendrell Hall rocks. As people go, Kathryn and Adam super rock.

I joined them both for their early spring wedding for my first visit ever to the tremendous Pendrell Hall in Staffordshire back in March and I loved every minute. They had their whole day at Pendrell Hall which always makes for a super-chilled atmosphere – Adam and the boys got ready in the cottage in the grounds while Kathryn and the girls had a room upstairs in the main hall, with Kathryn putting her dress on in the bridal suite with epic views of the Staffordshire countryside.

There was a real family feel to Kathryn and Adam’s Pendrell Hall wedding too, a real sense of family spirit and two close families joining together to make one huge close family. Often everyone watches the bride as she walks into the ceremony but Adam’s mum just watched his face the whole time, beaming with pride and probably a hundred other emotions too as her son’s life flashed before her eyes. I love those little unseen, fleeting moments that will eventually mean way more than the obvious stuff.

The laughed the day away and danced the night away. I don’t think I’ve ever heard Gangnam Style played quite so many times during a single party!
