Sudeley Castle Wedding Photography
Samantha and Roberto’s beautiful autumn wedding at Sudeley Castle in the Cotswolds
Samantha and Roberto had their wedding at the beautiful Sudeley Castle in the Cotswolds. I’d never been to Sudeley Castle before so I was really looking forward to it. I’d had some chats with Samantha and Roberto in the build up and I knew it was going to be a day all about people and that they were very close to their families and had a big circle of close friends too (which formed a huge entourage of a bridal party!).
This was also my first time working with the frankly brilliant Krissy from Sweetpea & Blossom. Krissy worked tirelessly on the wedding day – when I first met her she was sitting in a corner working on some last minute details for the day ahead – I really love meeting other perfectionists! It really was a pleasure to work together for Samantha and Roberto and I look forward to the next time we can team up! It was also great to work with Emma Green Hair & Makeup and Amie Bone Flowers too. Samantha’s dress was from the tremendous Suzanne Neville.
Samantha didn’t have far to travel (her cottage was across the road from the castle) but a family friend had brought his vintage car to drive her across to the ceremony, a really nice personal touch. The chapel at Sudeley Castle is incredibly beautiful with some of the most amazing light! I was lucky enough to have free reign to move around (discreetly) during the ceremony so I was able to capture some lovely moments.
S+R’s wedding cake was inspired by one of my all-time favourite films, Notting Hill! Spectacular work by Pia from The Vanilla Pod Bakery.
All in all this was a perfect day, for an amazing couple at a beautiful venue. Here are some of my favourites from Samantha and Roberto’s Cotswolds wedding at Sudeley Castle…
