Wedding at San Galgano Abbey, Borgo Santo Pietro and Castello Di Casole
Alexandra and Diego’s luxury destination wedding in Italy
Three beautiful venues, two absolutely incredible Ralph & Russo dresses that the media thought were being made for the royal wedding back in the UK on the same day, and thousands upon thousands of Swarovski crystals and more flowers than I’ve ever seen in one place! Alexandra and Diego’s wedding was an total feast for the senses and it was such an adventure for me to work on this insane destination wedding in Tuscany alongside this team of supreme industry leaders:

Brides magazine also kindly featured Alexandra and Diego’s wedding which you can see at the beginning of the post below.
But of course as amazing as everything looked this is fundamentally a beautiful love story, of two people very much head-over-heels in love with each other, surrounded by their most favourite people in the whole world, making a lifelong commitment to each other with all the emotions that go along with that and it was a total pleasure to watch their story unfold before my cameras and capture their iconic moments. I must say it was also great to work alongside my amazing friends Fabian Wester and Joe Short who were also there making sure no moments were missed for Alexandra and Diego.
Alexandra began the day getting ready at the breathtaking Borgo Santo Pietro, before heading over to San Galgano Abbey for one of the most atmospheric wedding ceremonies I’ve ever known, heading back to Borgo Santo Pietro for some portraits with Diego and the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and then finally to the stunning Belmond Castello di Casole for drinks, dinner, dancing and fireworks to round it all off.
An incredible experience for everyone involved.
