A Hindu and Zoroastrian Offley Place Wedding

A+R’s amazing Offley Place wedding with three ceremonies!

Back at one of my all time favourite venues, and one where I’m lucky enough to be a recommended supplier, the fantabulous Offley Place, this time for Aishwarya and Rohan’s triple wedding!

The day began with the build up to the Hindu ceremony, and an amazing atmosphere in the Rose View suite while Aishwarya was getting ready. Aishwarya also had Gowri Pooja in Rose View and they were some of my favourite moments and photos of the day! Afterwards, Aishwarya and Rohan met pre-ceremony for some portraits around the rose garden before heading off to have their finishing touches ready for the Hindu ceremony in the ballroom (one of the best wedding rooms at any venue anywhere)!

The ceremony itself was beautiful, atmospheric and there were lots of little moments between A+R which I’m always on the look-out for!

After a quick lunch break, it was time for ceremony number two of the day. This time their civil ceremony in one of my other favourite Offley Place wedding rooms – the Salusbury Lounge (I call it the red room)! This time it was a much more intimate ceremony with just their immediate families in the room with them while they made their marriage legal, but it wasn’t a formality and was still a beautiful and emotional ceremony for them and their families.

Despite being a mid-summer wedding, it was not the nicest weather so for their portraits we mainly stayed indoors (or they did, under the shelter of the offley place entrance while I got rained on for that iconic venue shot)! But one of the greatest things about Offley Place weddings is that there is so much amazing natural light throughout the venue that it means even if your couple shots are rained indoors, there are so many places to have these photos, especially the amazing conservatory.

After this, it was time to get ready for ceremony number three, and a first for me – a Zoroastrian ceremony. It was amazing. A+R had taken me through what would happen in the ceremony and I’d done my own research on Google and it was such a fun ceremony and great for me to add a new string to my bow too! Really interesting, amazing, and full of iconic moments.

After the Zoroastrian ceremony, off everyone went to change for the final time for the reception, but not content with how much they’d already packed into the day, A+R started their reception off with a Sangeet and some choreographed dances by different groups of family and friends. I love a Sangeet and it was great to see one mid-wedding because it got the reception started with a bang!
